Salty Pride was born from lived experience, queer resilience, and the belief that visibility still matters.

As the founder, I am a gay man who has lived through decades of change in our community. I have marched, advocated, delivered meals, celebrated victories, and said goodbye to friends and lovers lost too soon. Through it all, one truth has remained: across the LGBTQ+ community, we survive because we hold each other up, refuse to be silenced, and show up for one another.

Salty Pride is my creative outlet — a way to bring voice, fashion, humor, attitude, and joy to Pride. But Pride is more than a party. It is memory, resistance, community, and love in motion.

We are here to be visible. To be bold. To live without apology. To make space for every part of our community, with no one left behind.
