You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1) Contact Us: Email our customer service team at orders@saltypride.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

2) Return Instructions: We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3) Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and ship it back to us using your preferred shipping method.

Once your return is received and had a chance to inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund credits will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
